For-Sight connects with Book4Time bringing hotel spa data into guest view

Discover how For-Sight's new integration with Book4Time improves guest marketing by combining spa data and hotel data for personalised guest experiences.

We've launched a new integration with Book4Time, the spa, wellness and leisure management platform from Agilysys ( a hospitality management software and technology platform). Spa and leisure-booking data now flows straight into For-Sight, so the guests booking treatments and wellness experiences made via Book4Time finally sit inside the same guest profile that drives hotel marketing.

Bringing spa guest data into view

For many luxury and boutique properties, the spa is a major revenue centre, but the guest data it generates has often lived outside the CRM. A guest could be a regular in your spa and completely invisible to your hotel marketing team.

Now, spa contacts and their leisure bookings flow automatically into For-Sight. You can recognise those guests, see what they book, and market to them just as you would any other high-value guest.

Speaking about the launch, Allan Nelson, our CEO & Co-Founder, said:

“Our customers have told us for a long time that their spa guests are some of their most valuable - and that not seeing them properly in the CRM was a real blind spot. Connecting Book4Time means those guests are finally part of the full picture. Hoteliers can now build a complete view of everyone who walks through their doors, whether they're booking a room, a round of golf, or a spa day - and market to them personally as a result.”

How it works

The integration runs quietly in the background, so there's nothing for your team to manage day-to-day.

When a guest books a treatment or activity in Book4Time, their profile and booking details flow into For-Sight automatically and are matched to any record you already hold for them. That means one guest, one profile, whether they came to you through a room booking, an event, or a spa visit. You can see that Emma stayed over Valentine's weekend and booked a couples' massage, all in the same place.

Because the booking details come across too ( the treatment or service, the property they visited, and when they booked ), you can segment on it and send genuinely relevant campaigns. For example, you could invite everyone who booked a spa day last Valentine's back with an early-bird offer for this year, or promote a new treatment to the guests most likely to want it.

The result is a fuller picture of your highest-value guests, and marketing that speaks to what they actually do,  not just where they slept.

Part of our "pick and mix" approach

This is how we like to work with the rest of your tech stack. Rather than asking you to replace the systems you rely on, we connect to them and act as your central guest data and marketing layer. You keep the best-in-class tools your team loves,  and get a single view of the guest across all of them.

The Celtic Collection is among the first luxury properties to bring their Book4Time spa data into For-Sight, and we're rolling the integration out to more spa and resort properties through 2026/2027.
