Great customer success comes down to great relationships, and Paige has a real gift for building them. As one of our Customer Success Specialists, she's the person firmly in her customers' corner: joining their strategic calls, getting to grips with their goals, and helping hotels get genuine value out of For-Sight (with a good catch-up on the goss along the way).
Paige was voted Team Player by the For-Sight team in our June 2026 awards, which will surprise absolutely no one who's ever worked with her. Paige is celebrated for her commitment, enthusiasm, and the positive impact she has on those around her. She consistently shows initiative, supports her teammates wholeheartedly, and brings a thoughtful, can-do attitude that makes a real difference day to day.
We sat down with Paige to talk relationships, what really separates the hotels that thrive, and the year she spent making knitwear on an island of 184 people.
Paige, over to you.
"The best thing about working at For-Sight is definitely the relationships that I have built with my customers. I love being able to join strategic calls and spending the start of the call catching up on how our lives have been since we last spoke. Being able to help my customers achieve their work goals through For-Sight is definitely another reason I love my job (should probably be number 1, but I must admit that catching up on goss has to be number 1!)"
"Every single piece of positive feedback, big or small, stands out to me. I always appreciate hearing how I have helped my customers and made their work lives easier.
One that stands out is a fairly new customer relationship that I have been given the chance to work on, and seeing that relationship grow, as well as how well their campaigns have been performing, has been something to be proud of."
"I have recently been promoted to Customer Success Specialist, so I am really excited to get stuck into my new objectives and to see how I can continue to grow within the company. I also can't wait for our next company conference so I can get the chance to catch up with all my colleagues. As we work from home, and I am based in Northern Ireland, I don't get the chance to see them as often as I would like, so I am very much looking forward to our Christmas one."
"I graduated in Art, Design & Fashion, specialising in Knitwear and got a job as Shirts & Knitwear Designer for a local menswear company. It turned out that the job was much more about picking fabrics and patterns, and I was definitely more maker-led, so I decided to leave.
I was brought on [at For-Sight] as Client Services Executive to work on our support desk, which progressed to Campaign Marketing Specialist, then onto Managed Service Specialist, where I primarily worked with our customers who availed of our Managed Service providing. When we had a change of manager, my job role was changed to Customer Success Associate so we could focus on our portfolio of customers and help them with best practices and strategies to get the most out of the systems, i.e. customer success. My most recent job role, as mentioned previously, is now Customer Success Specialist.
I absolutely love this role as it allows me to help guide my customer portfolio to success, but I also still get to work on managed services, which allows me to bring out my creative side."
"People might not realise just how sociable you have to be to work in Customer Success. I never go a day without speaking to my customers, whether that be via a Teams call or via email. My main goal is to understand my customers' needs and to then work with them strategically to either implement goals to achieve these needs or to guide them in a different direction if there are other recommendations I have for them. The role requires getting very much involved with the customer's goals and their job roles so I can help them get the most out of the systems we provide. I think a lot of people see my job role and think of 'support', but we have a whole other support team to help with technical issues! I very much have to think creatively and get into the mindset of the customer when they are describing what their end goal is. My job is to help them get there using For-Sight."
"My most successful customers want to use For-Sight. They have been heavily involved from the offset and have attended all training that has been provided. They very much understand what a CRM can do for them and plan on utilising it to its full advantage. They listen to my recommendations and implement the strategies and continue to show up for our regular catch-ups, be that monthly or quarterly. They then see that these recommendations are paying off when they see good marketing statistics or high revenue.
It is also part of my job to understand why customers may not have this mindset, though. I need to understand that not all of my customers have a marketing background; they may be focused on finance or front-of-house and do not have much experience with a CRM. This is where our Customer Success Program can really help, as we have step-by-step guidance on how to get started and progress. I am there to help them through this Program, but it is so important for customers to be open to this and to implement my recommendations."
"Hoteliers must ensure that their guests have exceptional stays, and working with them allows me to feel like I have been a part of that. I may not be involved in the guest journey as much when they are on site; however, I can be heavily involved in the guest's pre and post journeys by advising on these setups with my customers.
Being offered to come and visit for a personal stay a couple of times from my customers has really stuck with me. It all stems from the relationship that has been built, and them requesting my presence at the hotel as a guest feels like the highest achievement."
"I drop my little girl off to nursery, come home and enjoy some breakfast in peace (if you have a toddler you will understand). I then log on and get to catch up on emails that I have quick and easy resolutions and recommendations for. Having a few customer calls where we all come prepared and ready to action set-ups is always rewarding. I can leave those calls with a sense of achievement and another thing ticked off my list!
Catching up with my co-workers on a personal level always contributes to a good workday. Throw in an iced vanilla latte just to top it all off."
"I am a mum of a 2-year-old so most of my time is spent with her and my husband! I do love going out for brunch or a coffee and catching up with friends. If I have some time alone, I usually spend it reading or crafting (I'm a bit of a grannie at my ripe old age of 31)."
"Lounging and doing NOTHING. I would love to visit the Maldives and stay in one of the water cottages where I simply sunbathe (under an umbrella as I have the skin of a vampire), read, listen to music, spend quality time with my family and eat lots of good food and drink lots of good cocktails."
"I lived on an island called Inis Meain off the coast of Galway for one year for my work experience in university. I worked at a knitwear design factory and helped to make knitwear that stocks places like Bergdorf Goodman, Brown Thomas and Bloomingdale's. This island is only inhabited by around 184 people, and it was genuinely one of the best years of my life!"
